WOW!! It's been quite the weekend at KC Yoga Kula! We've moved to the permanent space on the lower level, and the community continues to grow each day! Feel free to reach out any time with comments and suggestions. We want to meet you wherever you are on your yoga journey. With experienced teachers qualified to teach a variety of styles, we are here to serve YOU. So let us know if there's anything you would  change about days/times/types of classes. Schedule Changes:

Kids Yoga with Adrienne Sisson moves to Saturday 9:00-10:00 AM

Tuesday Morning 9:00 - 10:00 AM is now Mixed Level Flow

Tuesday Evening  6:00 - 7:15 PM is now Slow Flow

I can't say enough how much I appreciate the support of our local businesses. Each week we have a Community Happy Hour class, with donations going to a local charity. For the month of September, we have chosen Jewish Family Services (JFS) as the recipient. Located on 63rd Street, they are a comprehensive human service agency anchored in core Jewish values that honor community and caring for one another, while serving people of all faiths.  

JFS Service areas are: Food, Shelter and Employment; Older Adult Services; Mental Health Services; Family Life Education; and Chaplaincy.
